I believe that therapy is more than just problem-solving - it’s about creating a safe and supportive place where you can pause, reflect, and rediscover what feels steady and true within yourself.
My work centers on helping people navigate life’s transitions, ease anxiety and stress, and reconnect with their whole self.
How I work
At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief that people are whole beings, not just a collection of symptoms.
I take a holistic, relational approach to therapy. That means we’ll look at the full picture - your mind, body, emotions, and relationships - and how they all connect. Some sessions may focus on untangling anxious thoughts, others on calming your nervous system, and others on exploring the deeper shifts happening in your identity or relationships.
At the heart of my work is connection: creating a compassionate relationship where you feel safe to show up exactly as your are, amd supported to grow into where you want to be.

why I do this work.
I know how overwhelming it can feel when life changes faster than you can keep up. I’ve seen how stress and disconnection can leave people feeling stuck - and how healing can begin when we finally feel seen, supported, and grounded. My passion is helping people through these difficult seasons with compassion, strength, and hope.

When I’m not working with clients, you can find me spending time with friends, reading a book, or joining my family in a dance party. These practices keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of balance, presence, and connection in everyday life.
